Pallagrello nero
Pallagrello Nero is a wine of good tannic firmness and pleasantly fruity, with aromas reminiscent of pomegranate, red berry mulberry and hints of spice.
The grapes are grown mainly by the Guyot method, the silty clay soil with the presence of skeleton ensures good aeration giving precocity to the vine.
Vinified at a controlled temperature, this wine is aged in 4-hectoliter French oak barrels for 3 to 5 months, the goal is to use the technical characteristics of a small container, without it bringing wood aromas to the wine.
This is followed by bottling and aging for 3 months before being marketed.
