4 hectares of vineyards

that give rise to wines strongly linked to the territory

Masseria Piccirillo has about 4 hectares of vineyards planted with Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero and Casavecchia, indigenous vines rediscovered in the early 2000s and now found to be among the most widely cultivated in the lands of Alta Campania, giving rise to wines strongly linked to the production area.

Our method

of production

Once the grapes arrive at the winery, we simply selectively extract the components of the grape berry according to the wine project to be obtained.

Once the must is obtained, we make sure that the alcoholic fermentation takes place in excellent conditions so that every peculiarity of the grape variety can be respected and enhanced. Once the wine is obtained, an aging process follows in different containers such as wood and steel, and then we encapsulate the work of several years in a bottle that can tell a story of a place, a family and a specific vintage.
